PROFIL PERSEPSI MAHASISWA TERHADAP MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang persepsi mahasiswa terhadap model pembelajaran project based learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Persepsi mahasiswa dilihat dari tiga aspek yaitu kesiapan, minat, dan profil pembelajaran. Persepsi mahasiswa tentang nilai pembelajaran sains didasari pada pemahaman mahasiswa bahwa pelaksanaan model project based learning meliputi keterlaksanaan metode ilmiah dan sikap ilmiah. Akan tetapi, kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam kesiapan pelaksanaan model project based learning pada tingkat cukup. Hal ini terjadi karena mahasiswa belum memiliki kepercayaan diri atas hasil buah pikirannya. Persepsi minat mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan model project based learning cukup baik dan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap profil pembelajaran project based learning sangat baik. Persepsi mahasiswa terhadap profil pembelajaran sudah sangat baik, hanya saja pada tahapan penyusunan jadwal masih pada kategori cukup. Penilaian ini terjadi karena sebagian besar mahasiswa sudah menyusun jadwal untuk menyelesaikan proyek, tetapi pada pelaksanaannya kadang tidak dilakukan tepat sesuai dengan waktu yang tertera pada jadwal yang sudah disusun.
This article examines student perceptions of the project based learning model. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. Student perceptions are seen from three aspects, namely readiness, interest, and learning profile. Students 'perceptions of the value of science learning are based on students' understanding that implementing a project based learning model involves the implementation of scientific methods and scientific attitudes. However, student confidence in the readiness to implement a project based learning model at a sufficient level. It is because students do not yet have confidence in the results of their thoughts. The perception of student interest in the implementation of the project based learning model is good and the students' perceptions of the profile of project based learning are very good. Student perceptions of the learning profile have been very good, except that in the stages of preparing the schedule is sufficient. This assessment occurs because most students have compiled a schedule to complete the project, but in its implementation sometimes it is not done exactly according to the time stated on the schedule that has been arranged.
