Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menguji ketuntasan klasikal kemampuan koneksi matematis dalam model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning terintegrasi STEM, (2) mengetahui kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Project Based Learning terintegrasi STEM lebih baik dari pembelajaran Ekspositori, dan zz) mendeskripsikan kemampuan koneksi matematis dan entrepreneurship siswa dalam pembelajaran Project Based Learning terintegrasi STEM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain embedded konkuren. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TITL 1 (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas X LAS 1 (kelas kontrol) dari SMK Tunas Harapan Pati yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, angket dan wawancara. Dilakukan analisis data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah, (1) kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa dalam model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terintegrasi STEM mencapai ketuntasan klasikal, (2) kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa dalam model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terintegrasi STEM lebih dari kemampuan koneksi matematis pembelajaran Ekspositori, (3) deskripsi kemampuan koneksi matematis dan entrepreneurship siswa melalui pembelajaran Project Based Learning terintegrasi STEM yaitu; siswa kelompok atas memiliki entrepreneurship tinggi dan dapat memenuhi semua indikator kemampuan koneksi matematis, siswa kelompok tengah memiliki entrepereneurship sedang dan memenuhi dua indikator kemampuan koneksi matematis dan masih kurang teliti, dan siswa kelompok bawah memiliki entrepreneurship rendah dan hanya memenuhi satu indikator koneksi matematis untuk menyelesaikan masalah.

 

This research aims to (1) know the ability of mathematical connection through Project Based Learning integrated STEM to achieve classical completeness, (2) to know the ability of mathematical connection which get Project Based Learning integrated STEM better than Expository learning, and (3) describe the ability of mathematical connection and entrepreneurship through Project Based Learning integrated STEM. This research uses mixed method with embedded concurrent design. The sample of this research is class X TITL 1 (experiment class) and class X LAS 1 (control class) from vocational school of Tunas Harapan Pati chosen by random sampling technique. Methods of data collection in this study include methods of test, questionnaire, and interview. From the research, it can be concluded that (1) the ability of students' mathematical connection using Project Based Learning integrated STEM achieving the classical completeness, (2) the mathematical connection ability through Project Based Learning integrated STEM is better than the ability of mathematical connection ability through Expository model, (3) description of the ability of mathematical connection through Project Based Learning integrated STEM; upper group students have high entrepreneurship and can fulfill all indicators of mathematical connection ability, middle group students have moderate entrepereneurship and fulfill two indicators of mathematical connection ability and are still less carefull, and lower group students have low entrepreneurship and only one indicator for problems.
