KELIMPAHAN IKAN DI ALIRAN SUNGAI ELO, MAGELANG, JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

Sungai merupakan salah satu ekosistem perairan air tawar. Air sungai sebagai habitat air tawar
membentuk ekosistem dengan organisme yang hidup di dalamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui sumber daya ikan di aliran Sungai Elo Magelang Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan
pada bulan September 2019 di sungai Elo. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan
alat tangkap seser dan pancing. Pegambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode penentuan titik
sampel sebanyak lima titik lokasi yang sudah ditentukan. Iktiofauna di aliran sungai Elo Magelang
terdiri dari 6 famili, 9 genus dan 9 spesies. Dominasi iktiofauna dari famili Cyprinidae.

The river is one of the freshwater aquatic ecosystems. River water as freshwater habitat forms an
ecosystem with organisms that live in it. The purpose of this study was to determine the fish
resources in the Elo Magelang River in Central Java. The study was conducted in September 2019
on the Elo river. Sampling is done by using seser and fishing line. Sampling is done by the method
of determining the sample points of five locations that have been determined. Iktiofauna in the Elo
Magelang river consists of 6 families, 9 genera and 9 species. The predominance of iktiofauna of
the Cyprinidae family
