Abstract

The adaptability of the school community in the post-pandemic period, or the transition process of learning from online to offline due to the downgrading of COVID-19 status in Surakarta City, will give rise to fundamental problems such as anxiety, fear, unfriendliness, and students becoming less able to socialize with peers, which will impact, sooner or later, with or without rejection from the existing learning components. Obtaining information on the quality of life during post-pandemic learning among Junior High School students. From 27 locations, 400 people were selected as samples through direct surveys to represent the entire population of 18,300 people. Vulnerability used as a percentage of tolerance can be referred to as the margin of error, namely 5% or 0.05. The quality of life domains in the physical, psychological, autonomy and parental, social support, and environmental domains will determine the condition during post-COVID-19 pandemic learning. The quality of life of students is very poor because they received a score of 97.58, which means the higher the score, the lower the students' quality of life. This can affect learning achievement and diminish students' self-confidence in developing their potential, potentially lowering the overall quality of education on a large scale. The orientation of learning should be aimed at students, and teachers need to act as friends and nurturing figures like family, which can improve students' quality of life and mental health in carrying out learning in the post-Covid-19 learning period.
