Physical fitness is a fundamental aspect of football development, especially during the Golden Age, as it influences technical skills, agility, and endurance. This study aimed to profile the physical fitness of children aged 10–12 years from the marginalized area of Semarang Utara who participated in the Daya Krida FC selection. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed with a total sample of 48 students who completed three physical tests: horizontal jump, agility test, and 250-meter run. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and standardized using T-scores. The results indicated that the majority of students were in the Good category (54%), 11% in the Very Good category, 33% in the Poor category, and 2% in the Very Poor category, while no students fell into the Average category. These findings highlight the importance of structured and inclusive needs-based training programs to enhance the physical fitness of all students, optimize the potential of high-performing individuals, and ensure equitable opportunities for achievement in football.
